Bluming Points

When a prepaid order is cancelled, the amount you paid comes back to you as Bluming Points instead of a refund to your payment method. 1 Bluming Point = ₹1.

  1. Your order is cancelled

    You or our team cancel a prepaid order before it is delivered.

  2. Points are added to your account

    The amount you paid is credited as Bluming Points to the account linked to your order email. You'll get an email when they arrive.

  3. Use them on your next order

    Log in with the same email and your points are applied at checkout like cash.

Bluming Points are issued only for the amount actually paid. Cash on Delivery orders cancelled before payment do not earn points. Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
